Information we collect

Through this website. When you write to us through the contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the message you choose to share. When you book a conversation through our scheduling link, we additionally collect the details you enter while booking.

During onboarding and servicing, if you become a client. We collect the information necessary to open and service investment accounts, including identity and address proof, PAN, date of birth, bank account details, nominee details, risk profile responses, and details of your investment holdings and transactions. This information is collected directly from you and, with your authorisation, from transaction platforms, registrars, and KYC agencies.

Automatically. Like most websites, our site may record standard technical information such as browser type, device type, pages visited, and approximate location derived from IP address. We use this only in aggregate to understand how the site is used.

Why we collect it

We use your information to respond to your enquiries, schedule and conduct conversations you request, complete regulatory KYC requirements, execute and service investment transactions you instruct, generate reports and reviews for you, meet our record-keeping and disclosure obligations under applicable law, and communicate with you about your investments. We do not use your information for any purpose incompatible with these.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone. Information is shared only to the extent necessary to serve you or to meet legal obligations, with:

Asset management companies whose schemes you invest in; registrar and transfer agents such as CAMS and KFintech; KYC registration agencies and the Central KYC registry; stock exchange transaction platforms through which mutual fund transactions are executed; portfolio management service providers with whom you choose to invest; and technology service providers who process data on our behalf, such as email, scheduling, and document infrastructure. Each of these entities is bound by its own regulatory and contractual obligations of confidentiality.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to regulators including SEBI and AMFI, to tax authorities, or to judicial and government bodies with lawful authority to require it.

How long we keep it

Client records are retained for the periods required under SEBI and AMFI regulations, which extend beyond the end of the client relationship. Enquiry information from non-clients is retained only as long as needed to respond and follow up, after which it is deleted on request or in periodic review.

Your rights

You may at any time ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete, ask us to delete information we are not legally required to retain, or withdraw a consent you have previously given.
